By accessing or using SocioTitan ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of SocioTitan, including individuals, businesses, and agencies. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

SocioTitan is a social media management platform that allows users to:

— Schedule and publish content to connected social media platforms — View analytics and performance data from connected accounts — Manage multiple social accounts across 9 platforms — Use AI-assisted tools for content creation (powered by Google Gemini API) — Store brand profiles, hashtags, and content drafts

SocioTitan operates as an intermediary between you and the social media platforms. Your continued access to third-party platforms is governed by each platform's own terms and policies.

To use SocioTitan you must create an account using email and password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

— Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — All activity that occurs under your account — Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@sociotitan.com

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SocioTitan. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You may not create accounts for others without their knowledge. You may not use SocioTitan to impersonate another person or entity.

SocioTitan connects to third-party social media platforms via OAuth 2.0. By connecting a platform account, you authorise SocioTitan to:

— Access your public profile information — Read posts and content from your account as needed to display data in the dashboard — Publish content to your account on your behalf when you initiate a publish or schedule action

You remain solely responsible for all content published through SocioTitan to your connected accounts.

You may revoke SocioTitan's access to any connected platform at any time through that platform's security settings. SocioTitan will respect such revocations by invalidating stored credentials.

SocioTitan's use of data obtained through platform APIs complies with each platform's developer policies.

You agree not to use SocioTitan to:

— Post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, or infringes the rights of others — Spam, mass-message, or abuse platform rate limits or API terms — Attempt to access other users' accounts or data — Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code — Use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms without our written consent — Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including data protection and intellectual property laws — Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

You retain full ownership of all content you create, draft, or publish through SocioTitan. By using the Service, you grant SocioTitan a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

We do not claim ownership over your posts, captions, images, or any other content you create. We do not use your content for advertising. We do not share your content with third parties except as required to deliver the Service.

AI-Assisted Content: If you use AI features powered by Google Gemini API, your content inputs may be processed by Google in accordance with their API terms. We do not use your content to train AI models.

SocioTitan uses the Google Gemini API to provide AI-assisted features including:

— Caption writing suggestions — Hashtag recommendations — Content idea generation

All AI-generated content is presented to you for review. Nothing is published to your social accounts without your explicit action. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing all content before it is published.

Use of AI features is subject to Google's API Terms of Service. By using AI features in SocioTitan, you acknowledge this.

SocioTitan offers a free Starter plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the option selected at signup.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of paid features after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We aim to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

— Scheduled maintenance (we aim to provide advance notice) — Unexpected outages or technical issues — Third-party platform API downtime or policy changes — Force majeure events

SocioTitan is not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability, including missed scheduled posts due to outages.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@sociotitan.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

— You violate these Terms — Your account is used for abusive, illegal, or harmful activity — A connected platform revokes our API access and we cannot continue providing the Service

Where feasible, we will notify you before termination and give you an opportunity to export your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SocioTitan and its operators are not liable for:

— Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities — Actions taken by third-party social media platforms, including API changes, suspensions, or policy violations — Content published to your accounts through the Service

Our total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SocioTitan in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

SocioTitan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

— The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure — Defects will be corrected — The Service or servers are free of viruses or harmful components — Results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable

You use the Service at your own risk.

All intellectual property in the SocioTitan platform — including the software, design, trademarks, and brand identity — is owned by SocioTitan and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any IP rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription period. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Minnesota.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under those laws.
